A: Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items.

A: If the item is defective or incorrect, MythBay covers the cost. If the item is non-defective (change of mind), the customer is responsible.
Q: Do you accept exchanges?
A: Yes, defective or incorrect products are eligible for a free exchange.
Q: Is there a restocking fee?
A: No, MythBay does not charge restocking fees.
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
